Any order placed on the site implies the full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC by the customer.

Photographs and visuals are provided for illustrative purposes only; slight variations in color, texture, or presentation may occur without affecting product quality.
Our plants and accessories come from various European partner greenhouses, carefully selected for their quality, horticultural expertise, and sustainable commitment.
This may result in variable delivery times or separate shipments depending on the origin of each item.
Prices are displayed in euros (€), including all applicable taxes (VAT included).
Douceur Maison reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, products will be billed based on the rate displayed at the time of order confirmation.
The customer validates their order after reviewing the shopping cart and accepting these Terms and Conditions.
An order confirmation email is automatically sent once payment has been approved.
Payments are secure and made online at the time of ordering by credit/debit card, PayPal, or any other available method on the site.
No banking data is ever stored by Douceur Maison.

Each order receives a tracking number sent by email once shipped.
💬 If an order includes plants from different greenhouses, parcels may arrive separately, a few days apart.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to return an item if you change your mind.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with complete packaging.

For logistical and sanitary reasons, live plants are not eligible for return.
Each plant is unique — slight variations in shape, color, or size are natural signs of vitality.
If your plant arrives damaged or weakened, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with photos, at douceurmaisonshop@gmail.com.
After assessment, we will offer an appropriate solution:
full or partial refund, or
replacement plant, depending on availability.
Packaging & Transport
Each plant is packaged with great care:
rigid, fitted cardboard box,
stabilized pot,
protected foliage.
Everything is designed to ensure safe transport and a fresh, healthy arrival.
Our goal: your plant arrives as beautiful and vibrant as when it left the greenhouse. 🌿
Douceur Maison cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or incidents resulting from force majeure (strikes, weather events, health crises, etc.) or address errors provided by the customer.
The data collected is necessary for order processing and customer relationship management.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of Douceur Maison’s registered office in France.
