You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.
Eligibility Conditions
An item is eligible for return if it:

Is unused, unworn, and in perfect condition

Includes all original tags
-
Is returned in its original packaging

Is accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email)
⚠️ Any return sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Procedure

Contact us at douceurmaisonshop@gmail.com with your order number, the item concerned, and the reason for return.

If your request is approved, we will provide you with a return label (if applicable) and shipping instructions.

Return the parcel according to the instructions provided. Upon receipt and inspection, we will confirm acceptance or refusal.

France, Belgium, Luxembourg: Free returns via Mondial Relay (label provided).

Europe (excluding FR/BE/LU): Return shipping at customer’s expense, unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

International (USA, Canada, UK, etc.): Return shipping at customer’s expense, unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene or safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Personal care products (razors, brushes, soaps, hygiene accessories)

Customized or made-to-order items

Gift cards

Sale items or end-of-line products
Defective Products or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately (with photos) at douceurmaisonshop@gmail.com.
We will quickly provide a solution: replacement, refund, or store credit.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges (size, color, model).
To receive another item, please follow the return procedure above and place a new order.
For defective or damaged items, a replacement may be offered if stock is available.
Refunds
After receipt and inspection, we will notify you of the approval or refusal of your refund.

If approved, refunds are issued via the original payment method within 10 business days.
