Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

Eligibility Conditions

An item is eligible for return if it:

  • Is unused, unworn, and in perfect condition

  • Includes all original tags

  • Is returned in its original packaging

  • Is accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email)

⚠️ Any return sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Procedure

  1. Contact us at douceurmaisonshop@gmail.com with your order number, the item concerned, and the reason for return.

  2. If your request is approved, we will provide you with a return label (if applicable) and shipping instructions.

  3. Return the parcel according to the instructions provided. Upon receipt and inspection, we will confirm acceptance or refusal.

Return Fees (by zone)

  • France, Belgium, Luxembourg: Free returns via Mondial Relay (label provided).

  • Europe (excluding FR/BE/LU): Return shipping at customer’s expense, unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

  • International (USA, Canada, UK, etc.): Return shipping at customer’s expense, unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene or safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Personal care products (razors, brushes, soaps, hygiene accessories)

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items or end-of-line products


Defective Products or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately (with photos) at douceurmaisonshop@gmail.com.
We will quickly provide a solution: replacement, refund, or store credit.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges (size, color, model).
To receive another item, please follow the return procedure above and place a new order.

For defective or damaged items, a replacement may be offered if stock is available.


Refunds

After receipt and inspection, we will notify you of the approval or refusal of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds are issued via the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

  • If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after our confirmation, please contact us at douceurmaisonshop@gmail.com.

⚠️ Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of our error or a defective item.
