The present conditions specify our delivery, returnand refund terms, depending on the type of product ordered.

Order processing
All orders are prepared within 24 to 48 working hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
A confirmation email and tracking linkare automatically sent to you upon shipment.

Plants – Shipped from our European greenhouses
Our plants and accessories are shipped directly from several European partner greenhouses, carefully selected for their horticultural quality, their know-howand their sustainable commitment.

📦 These times include preparation, shipping and delivery from the greenhouse of origin.
Each order receives a tracking number sent by emailupon shipment.
💬 If your order contains several plants from different greenhouses, they may be delivered separately, a few days apart.
For a more eco-responsible approach, we encourage group ordersfrom the same greenhouse, in order to limit packaging and the carbon footprint.
🌸 2. Returns
Home & Decoration Products
You have 30 daysfrom receipt to request a return.
Products must be new, unused, in their original condition, with complete packagingand proof of purchase(invoice or confirmation email).
Return procedure:

Once the return is validated, we will send you the instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

After receipt and inspection, we confirm by email the acceptance or rejection of the return.

France, Belgium, Luxembourg: free return via Mondial Relay(label provided).

Europe (excluding FR/BE/LU): costs payable by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.

International: return costs to be paid by the customer, except in the case of defective product or shipping error.
Non-returnable products
For hygiene, personalization or security reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

personal care or hygiene products (razors, brushes, accessories, soaps, etc.)

personalized or made-to-order items,

gift cards,

items on sale or end of line.
🌿 Living plants
For logistical and healthreasons, live plants are not eligible for return.
As each plant is unique, slight variations in color, shape or size may occur – these are a testament to its natural vitality.
In case of damaged or weakenedreceipt, contact us within 48 hoursof delivery at douceurmaisonshop@gmail.com with supporting photos.
After evaluation, we always offer a suitable solution:

full or partial refund, or

return of a new plant, depending on the nature of the damage.
Each plant is carefully packaged:

rigid and fittedcardboard,

stabilizedpot,

protectedfoliage.
Everything is designed to ensure safe transport and arrival in perfect condition 🌿
💳 3. Refunds
If a return is accepted, the refundwill be made to the same payment methodwithin 10 working days(depending on bank deadlines).
Initial delivery chargesarenot refunded, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
If you have not received your refund more than 15 business daysafter our confirmation, contact us at douceurmaisonshop@gmail.com .
🔁 4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges (size, color, model).
To obtain another item, make a returnaccording to the procedure above, then place a new order.
In the event of a defective product, a replacementmay be offered if stock is available.
⚠️ 5. Defective products or ordering errors
If you receive a damaged, defective or non-compliant item, contact us upon receipt at douceurmaisonshop@gmail.com with photos.
You will be offered a quick solution: refund, replacement or voucher.

✉️ 7. Modification or cancellation of order

After this period, the order will be forwarded for processing.
