A tracking number is sent by email once your order has been shipped.

For international orders outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Multi-supplier Orders
If your order includes items shipped from different suppliers, the parcels may arrive separately, a few days apart.

Delivery area: Europe 🇪🇺 (plants are not shipped outside the EU).
Processing time: 24 to 48 business hours.
Delivery time: 1 to 10 business days, depending on the greenhouse of origin (France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands) and destination.

France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czechia, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary.
Shipping: always free and tracked.
Separate shipments: if your order includes plants from several greenhouses, they may be shipped and delivered in separate parcels.

Damaged Plants on Arrival
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos at douceurmaisonshop@gmail.com.
After evaluation, we’ll offer a full or partial refund, or a replacement plant, depending on the situation.
Delivery Issues (All Products)
If your parcel arrives damaged, lost, or undelivered, we will quickly find a solution — replacement or refund, depending on the case.
