At Douceur Maison, we do everything we can to offer you a simple, transparent, and pleasant shopping experience.
These terms outline our delivery, return, and refund policies, depending on the type of product ordered.


🌿 1. Delivery

Order Processing

All orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
A confirmation email and tracking link are automatically sent as soon as your order is shipped.


Home & Décor Products

Average delivery times:

  • France (mainland): 3 to 6 business days

  • Europe: 5 to 10 business days

  • International (UK, Canada, USA, Australia, etc.): 7 to 12 business days

Shipping costs: always free and tracked.

🕊️ When your order includes multiple items from different suppliers, they may be shipped separately and arrive a few days apart.


Plants – Shipped from our European Greenhouses

Our plants and botanical accessories are shipped directly from selected European partner greenhouses, chosen for their horticultural expertise, quality, and sustainable practices.
Delivery times and serviced countries vary depending on origin:

☀️ The Southern Greenhouse (Netherlands): 1–7 business days – France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Austria, Denmark, Poland, Sweden.

❄️ The Northern Greenhouse (Germany): 1–6 business days – France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Austria, Denmark, Poland, Sweden.

🌸 The Artisans’ Garden (France): 1–6 business days – France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Austria, Poland, Sweden.

🍂 The Seasonal Greenhouse (Netherlands): 1–7 business days – France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Denmark, Poland, Sweden.

The Bohemian Greenhouse (Netherlands): 1–5 business days – France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Austria, Poland, Denmark, Sweden.

🌵 The Cactus Oasis (Spain): 1–6 business days – France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Austria, Denmark, Poland, Sweden.

🌿 The Eternal Garden (Netherlands): 1–5 business days – France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Austria, Poland.

🌾 The Provençal Greenhouse (Netherlands): 1–10 business days – France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Austria, Czechia, Denmark, Poland, Sweden, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary.

📦 These times include preparation, shipment, and delivery from the greenhouse of origin.
Each order receives a tracking number sent by email as soon as it’s shipped.

💬 If your order includes plants from different greenhouses, they may arrive separately, a few days apart.
For an eco-responsible approach, we encourage grouped orders from the same greenhouse to reduce packaging and carbon footprint.


🌸 2. Returns

Home & Décor Products

You have 30 days from receipt to request a return.
Items must be new, unused, in their original condition with full packaging and proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email).

Return procedure:
Please send an email to douceurmaisonshop@gmail.com indicating:

  • your order number,

  • the item(s) concerned,

  • and the reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll provide the return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
After inspection, you’ll receive a confirmation email regarding acceptance or rejection of your return.

Return fees:

  • France, Belgium, Luxembourg: free return via Mondial Relay (label provided).

  • Europe (outside FR/BE/LU): customer pays return shipping unless the product is defective or we made an error.

  • International: customer pays return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.


Non-returnable items

For hygiene, personalization, or safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care or hygiene products (razors, brushes, accessories, soaps, etc.)

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items


🌿 Live Plants

For logistical and sanitary reasons, live plants are not eligible for return.
Each plant being unique, slight variations in color, shape, or size may occur — they reflect its natural vitality.

If a plant arrives damaged or weakened, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at douceurmaisonshop@gmail.com, including photos.
After assessment, we’ll provide an appropriate solution:

  • full or partial refund, or

  • replacement plant, depending on the situation.

Each plant is packaged with great care:

  • rigid, fitted box,

  • stabilized pot,

  • protected foliage.

Everything is designed to ensure safe transport and a fresh arrival 🌿


💳 3. Refunds

If a return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days (depending on bank processing times).

Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or the error is ours.
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at douceurmaisonshop@gmail.com.


🔁 4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges (size, color, model).
To obtain another item, please return your order as described above and place a new one.
In case of a defective product, a replacement may be offered depending on stock availability.


⚠️ 5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at douceurmaisonshop@gmail.com with photos.
We will offer a quick solution: refund, replacement, or store credit.


💰 6. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major secure payment methods:
Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Shop Pay.


✉️ 7. Order Modification or Cancellation

You may modify or cancel your order within 2 hours after purchase by contacting customer service at douceurmaisonshop@gmail.com.
After this period, the order will be processed and shipped.


📦 8. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package in real time.
