Returns & Damaged Plants
For logistical and sanitary reasons, returns of live plants are not possible.
However, if your plant arrives damaged or weakened, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and attach a photo.
We will carefully review your request and always find a fair solution:
- Full or partial refund, or replacement with a new plant, depending on the nature of the issue.

Packaging & Plant Care During Transit
Each plant is packaged with special care to ensure it travels safely :

Unique plants, responsible deliveries
Each plant is alive and unique: its shape, color or size may present slight variations — a sign of its natural vitality.
Some orders may arrive in multiple packages, as our plants and accessories come from different European greenhouses , each expert in their field. This guarantees optimal quality and preserved freshness .
For a more eco-responsible approach, we recommend group orders from the same supplier: a single shipment, less packaging and a reduced carbon footprint .
Some larger plants require multiple packages and cannot always be included in bundles.
But rest assured: we adjust prices on a case-by-case basis so that each order remains fair and advantageous 🌿
