- Preparation takes place within 24 to 48 working hours , then delivery takes place within 1 to 10 working days depending on the greenhouse of origin and the country of destination:
- Netherlands: 1 to 7 business days
- Germany: 1 to 6 business days
- France: 1 to 6 business days
- Spain: 1 to 6 business days
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped , allowing you to track the delivery to your door.
- In the case of an order including several plants from different greenhouses, they may be delivered in several packages , a few days apart.

After this period, your order is forwarded to our logistics partners and can no longer be cancelled.

- After validation and receipt of the item, we proceed with the refund (excluding any costs related to the return), then we confirm it to you by email.
