General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions govern the sales of products made on the website www.douceurmaison.fr .
Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) by the customer.

2. Products

The essential characteristics of each product are indicated on its descriptive sheet.
Photographs and visuals are presented for illustrative purposes; some variations in color, texture or presentation may exist without altering the quality of the product.

Our plants and accessories come from different European greenhouses rigorously selected for their quality, their horticultural expertise and their sustainable commitment.
This may result in variable delivery times or separate shipments depending on the origin of each item.

3. Price

Prices are expressed in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
Douceur Maison reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the price displayed at the time of the order.

4. Order

The customer validates their order after checking the cart and accepting these GTC.
A summary confirmation email is automatically sent upon payment validation.

5. Payment

Payment is secure and made online at the time of order, by credit card, PayPal or any other method offered on the site.
No banking data is stored by Douceur Maison.

6. Delivery

  • Order processing: 24 to 48 business hours.

  • Average delivery times:

    • Metropolitan France: 3 to 6 business days

    • Europe: 5 to 10 business days

    • International (United Kingdom, Canada, United States, Australia, etc.): 7 to 12 business days

  • Free and tracked delivery.

⏳ If the order contains several products from different suppliers, they may be delivered separately, a few days apart.

🌿 Plants – Shipped from our European greenhouses

Our plants are shipped directly from several partner greenhouses in Europe , each an expert in its field.
Delivery times and zones vary depending on the origin:

  • ☀️ La Serre du Sud — located in the Netherlands:
    Average delivery time: 1 to 7 working days.
    Countries served: France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Austria, Denmark, Poland, Sweden.

  • ❄️ La Serre du Nord — located in Germany:
    Average delivery time: 1 to 6 working days.
    Countries served: France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Austria, Denmark, Poland, Sweden.

  • 🌸 Le Jardin des Artisans — located in France:
    Average delivery time: 1 to 6 working days.
    Countries served: France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Austria, Poland, Sweden.

  • 🌿 Live Plants

    For logistical and sanitary reasons, live plants are not eligible for return.
    Each plant is unique: its shape, color, or size may have slight variations, a sign of its natural vitality.

    In case of damaged or weakened reception, contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with a photo, at: contact@douceurmaison.fr
    After evaluation, an appropriate solution will be proposed: total or partial refund, or reshipment of a new plant as appropriate.

    Packaging and transport

    Each plant is packaged with the utmost care:

    • rigid and fitted cardboard,

    • stabilized pot,

    • protected foliage.

    Everything is designed to ensure secure transport and arrival in perfect condition.
    The objective: that your plant arrives as beautiful and fresh as it left 🌿

    8. Responsibility

    Douceur Maison cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery incidents due to a case of force majeure (strike, bad weather, health crisis, etc.) or address errors communicated by the customer.

    10. Applicable Law

    These GTC are governed by French law.
    In case of dispute, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of the head office of Douceur Maison.
