Our plants and accessories come from various European greenhouses rigorously selected for their quality, their horticultural expertise and their sustainable commitment.
This may result in variable delivery times or separate shipments depending on the origin of each item.
Prices are expressed in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
Douceur Maison reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the price displayed at the time of the order.
The customer validates their order after checking the cart and accepting these GTC.
A summary confirmation email is sent automatically once payment is validated.
Payment is secure and made online when ordering, by credit card, PayPal or any other method offered on the site.

You have a period of 30 days after receipt to return an item if you change your mind.
The product must be unused , in its original condition and its complete packaging .

For logistical and sanitary reasons, live plants are not eligible for return.
Each plant is unique: its shape, color or size may show slight variations, a sign of its natural vitality.

After evaluation, a suitable solution will be proposed: total or partial refund, or re-shipment of a new plant depending on the case.
Each plant is packaged with the utmost care:
rigid and fitted carton,
stabilized pot,
protected foliage.
Everything is designed to guarantee safe transport and arrival in perfect condition.

Douceur Maison cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery incidents due to an act of force majeure (strike, bad weather, health crisis, etc.) or address errors communicated by the customer.
